Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason." Job 2:3

The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out. Proverb 10:9

⁶..., encourage the young men to be self-controlled. ⁷In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness ⁸and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us. Titus 2:6-8

Righteous(ness) - In the Book of Job, he is introduced to us as a person who is "perfect" in righteousness. "Perfect" in this sense means that his righteousness permeates every relationship of his life as his working principle. This is a guiding principle for IRON Men.

Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God. Genesis 6:9

¹ LORD, who may dwell in your sanctuary? Who may live on your holy hill?

² He whose walk is blameless and who does what is righteous, who speaks the truth from his heart. Psalm 15:1-2 

²²This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. ....."   Romans 3:22 NIV

Obedience - And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love. 2 John 1:5-7

Noble - But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop. Luke 8:15

⁸ But the noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds he stands. Isaiah 32:7-8

²⁰ In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for noble purposes and some for ignoble. ²¹ If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be an instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. 2 Timothy 2:20-22
